高凝减压渣油延迟焦化生产中的问题

PROBLEMS OCCURRED IN DELAYED COKING OF HIGH MELTING POINT VACUUM RESIDUE

石油一厂从炼大庆原油改炼沈北原油后，高凝减压渣油在延迟焦化生产中，出现了原料物性改变、加工量增加等一些特殊问题，并出现了＂软焦＂等技术难点。因此，在生产实践中，分析了出现这些问题的原因，并着重从原料特性、反应深度、产品情况等方面进行了考察分析，进而采取了一定措施，调整了操作条件，取得了一定效果。

In the delayed coking of high-melting vacuum residue, after the feedstock was shifted from Daqing residue to Shenbei residue, some special problems (such as the change of feed characteristics and the increase of throughput, etc. ) have occurred with the difficulty of the appearance of 'soft coke'.To deal with them, their causes are analyzed and the feed characteristics, depth of reaction and product situation are particularly investigated. Accordingly, some measures including the adjustment of operation conditions are taken place and good results are obtained.
