摘要 为了对二元精馏塔实现在线优化,本文提出了一种求解速度快、稳定性好、便于在线校正的分段逐板计算静态数学模型。在此基础上提出了一种新型的递阶在线优化方法。通过对某30万t/a乙烯装置中乙烯精馏塔的优化研究,取得了满意的结果,单位产品能耗降低了3~5%。 A new hierarchical on-line optimization method for binary distillation column is proposed which is based on a new compartmental static distillation model.The calculation is fast,stable,and is easy to be on--line updated.The case study of an ethylene distillation column have shown that the method can reduce the energy consumption per unit product by 3-5%.
