快速流化床反应器颗粒流动特性的研究

摘要 从一维轴向扩散基本方程导出了催化剂颗粒轴向平均空隙率分布式方程,以此方程为基础求出固体颗粒团聚频率和颗粒轴向扩散系数。并利用实验结果验证它们的可靠性,为快速流化床反应器的设计和优化提供理论基础。 An equation of axial non-homogeneous voidage distributions of solid catalysts has been derived from a generalization of one-dimensional axial dispersion model. Based on this equation,empirical correlations of the cluster formation frequency and axial diffusion coefficient of solid particles were obtained.The calculated voidage distributions were in good agreement with the test and measurement.Consequently,a proper theory for fast fluidized bed reactor designing and operation optimization is proposed.
