摘要
ＺＡＧ１００－１０００／３５型全自动压滤机是中国石化巴陵石油化工公司长岭炼油化工总厂和机电部第二０二研究所共同研制成功的。费时４年，已经有３台代替引进机组应用于工业生产。机组主机结构、生产能力、自控水平比引进产品有所提高，是目前国内压榨力最高、自动化程度最高的压滤机。该压滤机采用独特的实施开板、振打和清洗三项功能于一体的“三合一小车”，折叠式洗布机构和全液压转动工艺。滤机结构新颖，性能优良。
ZAG100-1000/35 automatic filter press was developed by institute 202 of Ministry of Mechanical & Electronic industry and Changling Petroleum Processing &u Chemical Complex.Three filter presses have been applied in commercial production during four years. The mechanical structure, capacity and automaticity were improved in comparison with the imported products. This type of filter press has adopted an unique technique which combined the three functions, take apart, vibrate and clean together. It also has a folding cloth-washing mechanism and a hydraulic transmission structure. The filter press is characterized by its high pressing force, high automaticity and superior performance.
