摘要
在内径为0.1m的玻璃塔中装填了自行开发的具有垂直通道的新型规整填料(VKB型),用中等大小界面张力的30%磷酸三丁酯(用煤油稀释)-醋酸-水系统地研究了该填料抽提塔的液滴平均直径、存留分数、液泛速度等流体力学性能和理论板当量高度等传质性能。研究结果表明,该塔型有相当大的液泛通量和较高的传质效率,与Pallring等填料塔相比,萃取强度因子较大,综合性能较优,可望在石油化工装置对处理量大、理论级数要求不多的萃取过程中得到推广应用。
An extensive research programme has been carried out on the fluid dynamics and mass transfer of extraction column with the VKB type structured packing on a pilot scale. The investigations encompassedmeasurements of the average drop size, the hold-up, the flooding throughput and the height per transfer unit. The results of experiment show that the extraction column with the new type structured packing has excellent performance both in terms of capacity and mass transfer efficiency
