摘要
通过调变晶化条件合成出一系列晶粒大小不同的沸石。对其H型沸石进行了苯-乙烯烷基化快速失活反应考察。应用微反色谱仪、脉冲吸附量测定等方法研究了沸石积炭模型及机理。结果表明,小晶粒团聚体沸石除在晶体内、外表面积炭外,同时在晶粒间空隙处积炭;堵孔作用是大晶粒沸石失活的重要原因。
ZSM-5 zeolites with different crystal sizes were prepared. Catalyst deactivation was studied for alkylation of benzene with ethylene over ZSM-5 samples. Pulse adsorption capacity was used to study the schematic representation of coke distribution. The results showed that coke is deposited in the void space between crystal grains besides on the inside and outside surfaces of the particles. The pore blockage is an important cause for deactivation.
