摘要
采用Al_2O_3吸附色谱分别将胜利、大庆、任丘及单家寺原油的减压渣油分离成饱和分、芳香分、胶质及沥青质4个族组分,然后在热分析装置上考察它们的热反应行为。根据实验结果,讨论了减压渣油族组分的生焦性能及其对渣油生焦能力的贡献;分析了族组分的热反应活性及其与渣油热稳定性的关系;取得了各族组分热反应的动力学特征值,如速率峰值、速率峰值温度及速率峰值处的转化率等,并在coats-Redfern方法的基础上采用分段拟合方法满意地关联了减压渣油族组分的热反应实验数据,确定了有关的动力学参数,建立了相应的渣油族组分热反应速率模型。
Four vacuum residues from Shengli, Daqing, Renqiu and Shanjiasi crude oils were separated respectively into four subfractions, namely, saturates, aromatics, resin and asphaltene by SARA method. The behavior of thermolysis of these subfractions was investigated using a thermogravimetric analyzer. In terms of the data obtained in experiments, the ability of coke formation and the activity of thermolysis of the subfractions were demonstrated, and the kinetic characteristics of thermolysis of the subfractions, such as maximum rate, temperature and conversion at the maximum rate etc. were determined. Based on the Coats-Redfern method, the thermogravimetric data of the subfractions were fitted well by the first-order kinetics in two separate temperature regions during thermolysis, and the relative kinetic para meters and the corresponding kinetic model of the subfractions were obtained.
