摘要
研究了酸改性海泡石作为裂化催化剂组分对催化剂烃反应性能的影响以及其抗钒性能,并对海泡石中杂质的催化作用进行了初步的考察。结果表明.海泡石经酸改性后.基本能抑制REY分子筛骨架的破坏;酸改性海泡石水蒸气条件下适当降低了REY分子筛表面酸密度,从而对氢转移、生焦反应有所抑制。经酸改性海泡石的抗钒能力有所增强。海泡石中杂质铁导致了它的脱氢活性。
Hydrocarbon reactions on modified sepiolite as FCC catalyst component and its antivanadium behavior have been studied. The results show that acid modification can alleviate the damage of REY structure under hydrothermal conditions and also decrease its acid density, thus hydrogen tranfer and coke formation are to some extent inhabited. Evidence of anti-vanadium ability of sepiolite is observed, and Fe existed as impurity in sepiolite causes dehydrogention of hydrocarbons.
