吸入式气浮净化机性能研究

摘要 对吸入式气浮净化机处理含油污水进行了系统的实验研究和理论分析,建立了液流流动模型,提出了同向碰撞脱油动力学模型,给出了适用药剂的评价指标,为吸入式气浮净化机处理含油污水的工艺设计和药剂筛选提供了依据。 In order to provide basis for establishing the method of design computation and for screening appropriate chemicals, this study was initiated to gain understanding of the variables controlling the induced-air flotation process for oil-water separation. An experimental device for simulating test has been developed. On the basis of analyzing its working mechanism, a liquid flow model of the flotation cell and a kinetic model of the oiLwater separation have been put forward. By the use of the experimental results, some correlative equations for estimating the parameters of the model, have been obtained. As compared with the experimental data, these models comform well to the practice of oil-water separation in induced-air flotation. These models can be of use for the prediction of oil removal efficiency and for the evaluation of chemicals.
