摘要 以2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑(DMTD)为原料合成了17种不同结构的衍生物,考察了它们的抗氧化、抑制铜腐蚀、抗磨损等性能,较深入地考察了它们的抗氧化机理。ESCA、反射-IR分析结果表明,DMTD衍生物在金属铜表面上形成含硫、氮的有机膜,且在其中有噻二唑环的存在。采用ESCA惊射法分析铜表面有机膜中元素的结合能,得到有机膜的形成是硫原子与铜表面作用的结果。DMTD衍生物可通过成盐等作用减弱铜离子的催化氧化作用,而且它的氧化产物可分解氢过氧化物,减缓油品的氧化速度。此外,对DMTD衍生物作用机理与性能、结构进行了关联讨论。 Seventeen derivatives of 2,5-dimercapto-l,3,4-thiodiazole (DMTD) were synthesized and their antioxidation, copper corrosion inhibition and antiwear properties were evaluated.The mechanism of antioxidation of DMTD derivatives was investigated by means of ESCA and reflectance-IR. It is suggested that organic chemical firms are formed on the copper surface during oxidation test by the result of the thiodiazole ring reacting with copper surface, and the catalytic oxidation of copper ions is inhibited due to their reaction with DMTD derivatives. The oxidation products of DMTD derivatives such as sulfonic acid and its salt can decompose hydroperoxide to decrease the rate of oxidation of the lubricating oil. Further more, the mechanism of DMTD derivatives appears consistent with the structure and performance of the derivatives.
