低碳烷氧基铝水解制备氧化铝的新方法 被引量:4

摘要 以三异丙氧基铝为例,介绍了低碳烷氧基铝水解制备氧化铝的新方法。三异丙氧基铝和异丙醇-水的共沸物在控制一定水量的条件下发生水解反应,可同时得到目的产物氧化铝和可供循环使用的含水量<0.2%的脱水异丙醇。氧化铝老化过程中蒸出的异丙醇水溶液经简单蒸馏可得到异丙醇-水的共沸物。本方法制备的氧化铝用作二甲苯异构化催化剂和重整催化剂载体时,所得催化剂有较好的活性、选择性和稳定性。 Alumina and dehydrated isopropyl alcohol were prepared simultaneously by the reaction of aluminium isopropoxide with an azeotropic mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water under proper conditions with the controlled addition of water. The dehydrated isopropyl alcohol was recycled. The dilute solution of isopropyl alcohol obtained during alumina aging can be converted to an azeotroic mixture by distillation and then reused. The cycle of isopropyl alcohol is thus completed. Catalysts formulated with the alumina thus prepared as supports have good activity, selectivity and stability in xylene isomerization and naphtha reforming.
