摘要
大庆油田现已进入二次加密调整开发阶段,开采对象是一些低渗透薄油层和表外层。这些油层在纵向上与高渗透、高含水层交互。由于油层性质差,需经压裂后才能出油,所以必须保证在射孔、压裂后与高乡水层不串,这样才能达到挖潜的目的,故对固井质量提出了更高的要求。粘破套管在室内试验及现场应用结果证实,使用粘砂套管可以提高固井质量15%~30%,可增加10%的射孔厚度。这一工艺的应用,为油田后期薄油层的开发和改造挖潜创造了条件。
The second infill and adjust development have started in Daqing oiifield. The payzones are of low permeability and thin, which overlap with high Permeability and water the in logitudinal section. Be cause the payzones characters are poor, the production can't work untill the frcaturing operation have been done. It is necessary to enssure the payzones are'nt interconnected with high water-bearing interval production efficiency,so the good cementing quality is important. It has been shown that viscous slurry can improve cementing quality by 15 % - 30 %,and increase Perforating depth by lo %, in the labora tory examination and the field application. This technology,s application will be useful to the develop ment and improving production efficiency for the thin poyzones of later development
