摘要
给出了求宾汉流体循环压耗的方法。紊流时使用牛顿迭代法求范宁摩阻系数,用分段法求任意环空段压耗,可实现实时监测水力参数。建立了压耗-排量方程,并根据最大钻头水功率或最大射流冲击力的工作方式确定最佳水力路线,进而优化水力参数和喷嘴尺寸。本方法可提高求压耗和优化水力参数的准确度和速度,并适于编程序运算。
This paper presents a method used to calculate the pressure loss for the Bingham model. when the flow is turbulent the Fanning friction factor is iterated by the Newton iteration method. The annular pressure loss in any section is calculated+y cutting the annular into section,then annular hydraulics can be monitered in real-time. The pressure loss- flowrate equation is established and the optimum hydraulics path is determined by using either maxium specific hydraulic horsepower or jet impact force criteria,then the drilling hydraulics and nozzle size are optimized. The method can improve the accuracy and speed in calculating the pressure loss and optimizing drilling hydraulics. This method is programed and calculatedin the paper.
