摘要
深井添加CaCl2促凝剂固井在辽河油田一度视为禁区。曙光地区杜124区块6口3000-3500m深井水侵层固并经验表明,在井底循环温度不超过75℃情况下,向渤海牌75℃油井水泥中分别添加不同浓度的CaCl2促凝剂固井获得成功,有效地抑制了该区块开发井大段水侵作用。
Application of accelerant CaCl2 in deepwell cementing was not allowed for some time in Liaohe Oilfield. The author makes field experiments: according to the length of cement sheath and slurry volume,accelerant CaCl2 with differentconcentrations are added into Bohai Brand 75 'C oilwell cement and cementings are done in 6 wells which depths range from3000 to 3500m with the bottomhole circulating temperture of below 75℃. The results of such experiments show watercutsof long well-intervals can be effectively inhibited.
