摘要 利用SALD—1100激光粒度仅对钻井液粒度分布进行了测量试验,包括时间、膨润上含量、Na2CO3加量、处理剂对钻并液粒度分布影响的试验,发现膨润上颗粒在水中能够迅速水化分散,最终趋于细分散的稳定状态及分散聚结平衡状态;随膨润土含量的增加,钻井液体系中大颗粒含量增多,小颗粒含量减少;当Na2CO3加量适当时,钻井液体系水化分散性最好。 Particle size distribution of driling fluid was explored by SALD-1100 laser diffraction influenced by rest time,mud additives,content of NaCO3 and bentonite were carried out,which showed that particles of bentonite would hydrate and disperse quickly in water and finally tend to stable state of fine dispersion or equilibrium state of dispersing-aggre gating;content of large particle in drilling fluid system would increase and content of bentonitel the optimumest dispersionwould be obtained if content of NaCO3 was properl and properties of additives could be accurately evaluated by analyzing thevariation of particle size distribution of bentonite in drilling fluid.
