摘要
基于水平井钻井成本因剖面类型、水平段长度和完井方式不同而波动很大，不便于用现有的资料进行准确测算的特点，把钻井费用按是否与建井周期相关进行了重新划分（分项类比），从而能在充分利用现有资料的基础上结合水平井的井身结构设计进行方便快速的费用预测，同时由于费用的分类计算使得其准确性大为提高，为水平井项目事前优化决策提供了可靠的依据。
The differences existed between verlicle wellis and horizontal ones make foe method usedfor verlical well drilling cost prediction no long suitable for horizontal ones. Through analysing thecharacleristics of variable profile of horizontal well and the disadvanlage of cost classificationmade before, drilling cost is generally redivided into two parts: time-concerned cost and wellprofile-concerned one. Applications show the method can easily predict cost,aod its predictionprecision is high.
