摘要
本文提出并研究了大孔吸附树脂脱色乳酸的新工艺,选出了合适的吸附树脂及其再生方法,并进行了交换柱脱色实验。结果表明,H103和NKA-2具有较好的脱色效果,其中以H103脱色效果更好。在交换柱中进行乳酸脱色,单批处理量为10ml/g树脂时,H103的脱色率在70%以上。
A new technology for the decolorization of lactic acid with macroporous adsorption resins was proposed and studied. The suitable types of resins and their regenerating methods were selected. It shows that both resins of H103 and NKA-2 have good decoloring properties and the H103 resin is better. In an adsorbing column, the decoloring efficiency of H103 exceeds 70% when the treating volme reaches 10 millilter lactic acid per gram resin.
