摘要
人类对食品的要求,首先是吃饱,其次是吃好.当这两个要求均得以满足后,就希望所摄入的食品能对人体健康起促进作用,于是出现了功能性食品.目前,国内国际市场上均掀起了一股功能性食品的研究生产热潮,不少专家学者认为21世纪将是功能性食品的世纪.
The study of functional food is very important in the present research of food science and techolo-gy. The definition , classification , present and future development in our contry are discussed in this paper.
