摘要
近几年来我国食品挤压技术发展迅速,经挤压膨化后食品以质地酥脆、味美可口、易于消化吸收的特点,深受广大消费者的青睐.生产此类食品的挤压机据热力学特性分类有自热式、等温式、多变式几种类型,输入到挤压机的总热量除用夹套传递外,更主要是来自输入机械能的粘滞耗散,温度受控于螺杆的结构形式。
The article analyses the inefficiency and bearing situation of screw bar of screw - type extrude because of chemical and machine wearing in detail,and puts forward a succint suitable design calculation method,meanwhile,lists the attention items in desygn.
