摘要
研究目的探讨神经系统感染性疾病的红细胞免疫功能变化。研究方法神经系统感染性疾病患者44例(病毒性脑炎18例,结核性脑膜炎15例,化脓性脑膜炎11例),20例正常儿童做对照,分别进行红细胞C_3b受体花环率(RBC-C_3bRR)及红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)测定。结果20例正常对照RBC-C_3bRR和RBC-ICR分别为23±5.4和21±6.2,18例病毒脑的RBC-C_3b-RR和RBC-ICR分别为16.1±5.2和14.1±5.4,结核脑分别为16.3±4.4和19.5±4.6,化脑分别为14.8±4.3和15±4.5。3种神经系统感染性疾病的RBC-C_3bRR均比对照组低(P<0.01),病毒脑及化脑的RBC-ICR均低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论神经系统感染性疾病患儿RBC-C_3b受体粘附功能下降,化脑与病毒脑患者RBC-ICR均明显下降。
Objective To search for tbe changes of red blood cell (RBC) immune function in several kinds of ner vous system infections diseases.Methods There were 44 cases of nervous system infections diseases (include 18 cases of viral encepha litis, 15 cases of tubercular meningitis and 11 cases of purulent meningitis). There were 20 normal chil dren in the control group. RBC-C_3b receptor flowering rate (RBC-C_3bRR) and RBC immunocomplex flowering rate (RBC-ICR) were determined reqpectively.Results The RBC-C_3bRR and RBC-ICR of 20 normal children are 23±5.4 and 21±6.2 respectively, but in 18 cases of viral encephalitis, 15 cases of lubercular meningitis and 11 cases of purulent meningitis,they are 16.1 ±5.2 and 14.1±5.4, 16.3±4.4 and 19.5±4.6, 14.8±4.3 and 15±4.5 respecoively. The RBC C_3 bRR of three Rinds of nervous system infections diseases are lower than that of normal children (P< 0.01), the RBC-ICR of viral encephalitis and purulent meningitis are lower than that of normal chil dren (P<0.01).Conclusion The RBC-C_3b receptor adhere function is reduced in the child patients with nervous system infections diseases and the RBC-ICR is reduced too in the patients with ptirulent meningitis and viral encephalitis.
