摘要
本文对常用铸造铝合金ZL101、ZL105的时效工艺进行了系统研究;探讨了合金的各种时效规范对合金布氏硬度和拉伸性能的关系;合金中的镁含量对布氏硬度的影响和合金的自然时效效应等。为铝合金铸件选择合适的热处理规范和生产工艺提供了参数。
A systematic study is made on the aging technology of two common cast aluminum alloys-ZL1.01 and ZL105 in this paper. It has studied the relations between the alloys, aging standards and their HB and stretching properties. The influence of magnesium content in the alloys on the HB and the natural aging effect of the alloys are also discussed. It offeres parameters for the suitable select of the aluminum alloy castings heat-treatment standards and their production technology.
