摘要
本文是在反压铸造条件下,利用测温等实验方法以及传热和凝固的基本原理,系统地探讨了石膏型薄壁复杂铝精铸件的凝固规律。得出了界面换热、温度分布、凝固方式、凝固顺序等基本凝固规律及其对铸件质量的影响。
Having studied the solidification behaviour on the thin-section aad complicated aluminium alloy precision casting with the plaster mold under the condition of the counter-pressure casting, using the experiment method of meas uring temperatures and the essencial principles on the heat transfer and the solidification, the present study obtained some basic laws of the solidification, such as the interfacial heat transfer, the temperature distributes, the mode and the order of freezing and their effects to the quality of the casting.
