摘要
本文报道了一种浮于水面，不断释放杀虫剂，适合特殊蚊虫孳生地的球形芽孢杆菌漂浮缓释剂（代号：ＢｓＣ３－４１）．在试验中取得良好杀蚊效果．生物测定结果：ＢｓＣ３－４１块剂对Ⅲ龄致乏库蚊幼虫的ＬＣ５０为０．０１７０ｍｇ／Ｌ。野外试验对三带喙库蚊幼虫最佳剂量为４ｇ／ｍ２，持效期一个月以上。
In order to find a suitable formulation for mosquito control in small breeding place,sustained release floating briquette of B. sphaericus (BsC3-41)was developed. It can float on the surface of water-body and release ingredient progressively. Both instant and steadily persistant activities are satisfactory. The bioassay results showed that the LC50 of briquette BsC3-41 against Ⅲ-instar of Culex quinquefasciatutus larvae was 0. 0170mg/L. Field trails indicated that the minimum dosage of the briquette against the wild Culex tritaeniorhynchus larvae was 4g/m2 and persistant effect could last for more than 1 month.
