摘要
本文报告了采用生物测定法(LC50)和改进的Pasteur&Georghiou(1981)滤纸片法测定的淡色库蚊对有机磷酯剂的抗药性.结果证实:1.我国淡色库蚊对有机磷醋剂的抗药性,酯酶A和酯酶B都在其中起了重要作用.2.α-醋酸萘酯为酯酶A和B的共同底物.因此,用α-醋酸萘酯为底物的方法检测单个蚊虫对有机磷酯的抗药性是成功的.3.从全国11个城市检测结果分析,淡色库蚊对有机磷酯的抗药性同酯酶的聚集频率是一致的,而与生物测定法检出的LC50与酯酶活性频率的聚集度不完全平行,特别是在中低度抗性时如此。因此,淡色库蚊对有机磷酯的抗性在高抗性区可用测定酯酶的频率来代替毒效生物测定法,而在低抗性区则不能。
Bioassay (LC50) and modified Pasteur & Gcorghiou filter paper test (1981) have been applied for determining organophosphate (OP) resistance.The results confirmed that: (1)Esterase-B.and -A played an important role in OP resistance in Cx. pipiens pallens in China.(2) α-naphthyl acetate is the substrate of both esterase-A and -B. Therefore, determination of OP resistance in single mosquito by Pasteur & Georghiou filter paper test with α-naphthylacetate as substrate is practical. (3) Analysis based on the results from 11 cities in China showed that OP resistance was associated with high esterase activity in Cx. pipiens pallens while it was not paralleled with LC50 determined by bioassay, especially in mosquitoes with low or medium level of OP resistance.The authors suggested that for investigating OP resistance in Cx. pipiens pallens,determination of esterase activity could be used in high resistance region instead of bioassay.
