细胞角蛋白在硬腭粘膜良恶性病变中的表现及意义 被引量：3

摘要 选用抗细胞角蛋白单抗ＬＰ３４、ＬＬ００１和ＬＬ０２５分别对硬腭部正常粘膜上皮、乳头状瘤和鳞癌进行了免疫组化观察．结果显示，ＬＰ３４及ＬＬ００１在正常粘膜及乳头状瘤上皮细胞中的表现基本相似，阳性部位主要在棘层和颗粒层；而ＬＬ０２５在乳头状瘤中的表现则比正常粘膜为强烈．对于鳞癌的观察结果显示，鳞癌对于细胞角蛋白的表达均有缺失现象，尤其是分化差的病变．结果表明ＬＰ３４是一种较有效的可用于判断病变恶性程度的抗体，此外可用于进行上皮来源的病变的鉴别诊断，ＬＬ０２５及ＬＬ００１则可用于判断上皮的类型及显示上皮细胞的更新代谢和分化情况．
