摘要
本文采用正交试验等方法,设计了Al—Pb—Cu减摩合金的成分和组织,研制了一种新型铝基减摩合金。 试验结果表明,该合金可代替锡青铜制得轴瓦、轴套类滑动配件,铸件成本比ZQSn6-6-3减少4/5。
By means of orthogonal expriment method, the chemical compositions of a Al-Pb-Cu antifriction alloy are designed and a new type of aluminum base antifriction alloy has been developed.Testing results show that it is possible to replace the tin bronze as making some bushes and axle sleeves.The alloy costs 4/5 less than the tin-bronze ZQSn6-6-3.
