AbstractMaxillary retrusion deformities due to cleft palate operation in adult not only impede thepatient′s chewing but also bring a deformity apperance of face. Surgical correction for thedeformity is aimed at restoring or improving norinal jaw function and appearance. 9 caseswere operated with Le Fort I osteotomy for the correction of maxillary deformities,a and theresults of operation are satisfactory.
