采用浅静脉顺行墨汁灌注皮瓣透明法对人体静脉皮瓣的微血管构筑进行全面观察，透明标本采用透射光下直视和２５倍手术显微镜下观察显微剥离各层微静脉网，同时可进行组织学光镜和透射电镜观察，文内介绍了透明标本的制作及观察方法。

AbstractOptico microscopic and transmission electron microscopic observations were undertaken onmicrovascular construction of transparent managed venous flaps after infusion superficial veinswith Chinese ink. Microvascular network of venous flaps were dissected under operative micro-scope by a magnification of 25 Procedures of making specimen were reported in this article.
