应用硅胶膜复合材料修补腹壁缺损的初步体会

The using of a compound silicon membrane in repairing of abdominal wall defect

作者从１９８２年开始，应用硅胶膜复合材料修补各类腹壁缺损１５例，其中腹壁肌肉缺损，采用强化硅胶膜修补１０例，腹肌腹膜缺损或切口疝，采用碳纤维硅胶膜修补５例，术后经半年至十年随访效果满意。作者认为，硅胶膜复合材料质地柔软，随意裁剪，具有良好的力学性能和生物学性能。

AbstractSince 1982, the author repaired 15 cases of abdominal wall defect using compound silicon membrand, in10 cases of abdominal muscle defect an intensive silicon cilloid mem brane, and 5 cases of peritoneum defector in cisional hernia ua carbon fibre silicon colloid membrane were used respectively. After 5 to 10 years postoperative observbation, the effect is good, This kind of material has good mechanical and biological proper-ties, it is soft and easy to be moulded. The mechnical effection of the repairing piece early stage in the afteroperation is important for success.
