口唇海绵状血管瘤的综合治疗（附8例报告）

Combined treatment of cavernous angioma of lips

口唇海绵状血管瘤和全身血管瘤一样是先天性良性肿瘤，一旦瘤组织发展扩大，必有碍美容。大面积海绵状血管瘤是临床治疗中的难题之一，迄今为止，治疗方法很多，各有指征及利弊。为此，我们收集８例极为棘手的口唇海绵状血管瘤，采用铜针、滋养动脉结扎，切除整形的综合治疗，疗效令人满意。

Abstract The cavernous angioma of lips is one kind of benign tumor, same as systemic hemangioma. If this tumorenlarged,face figure would be interfered.The clinical treatment of extensive cavernous angioma is difficult. Up to now,there are many therapeutic means with different indications,benifits and disadvantages.We re-port eight cases of troublesome cavernous angioma of lips.We used the combined treatment with copperneedle, ligation of nutrient artery, resection and plastic repair.The results were satisfactory.
