COMPUTER-AIDED SYNTHESIS OF THE LOSSY BROADBAND MATCHING NETWORKS

对于用于微波集成电路中的半均匀损耗宽带匹配网络,本文在一个新的复频λ域内导出了它的散射参数,据此,将原用于设计无耗匹配网络的简化实频技术发展用于λ域,提出了一种新的机助综合有耗宽带匹配网络的方法。

In this paper, the scattering parameters in a new complex frequency λ domain for the semiuniform lossy broadband matching networks which are used in microwave integrated circuits are derived. Then, the simplified real frequency technique which was only used to design the lossless networks is developed to use in λ domain, and a new computer aided synthesis procedure for the semiuniform lossy broadband matching networks is presented.
