高速自动送料凸轮连杆组合机构的尺度综合

摘要 本文将高速自动送料凸轮连杆组合机构的运动分解为机构刚体运动和夹持器纵向振动的迭加。计入了连杆机构中构件的弹性。在此基础上,建立了该类组合机构综合的一般方法。在闭环约束方程中引入状态变量和设计变量,不仅方便了整个综合过程,而且使该类综合问题一般化。其基本思想对其他组合机构的综合具有普遍意义。本文最后给出一个计算实例及考虑机构弹性变形时的凸轮廊线图。 In this paper the total motion of the high-speed automatic feeding camlinkage with elastic links is measured according to gross rigid motion of the mechanism and longitudinal vibration of the feeding clipper. Based on this, a general method of synthesis of this kind of mechanism is presented. System kinematic equations are formulated in terms of state space variables and design variables. These mathematical formulations provide an easier approach toward solving synthesis problems, and allow for the generalized application of their use in like situations involving synthesis of mechanisms with elastic links. One synthesis problem is solved to illustrate the method and effect of elastic links on the cam profile, which can be seen in the following graphic descriptions.
