摘要
本文提出了ZC_1蜗杆传动可控修形的理论和方法。利用该理论和方法可控制初始接触区在蜗轮齿面的啮合出口处,这样既有利于液体动压润滑油膜的形成,又减小对安装和制造误差的敏感性,从而提高蜗杆副的传动效率、承载能力和寿命。
This paper gives the theory and method of the controllable modification of ZC_1 worm drive. According to the theory and method the original contact field is found at the engaging outlet. This is convenient to develop hydrodynamic lubrication oil film and reduce the sensitivity to machining and mounting errors. As a result, transmitting efficiency, loading capability and running life of worm pairs can be increased.
