摘要
根据工业生产过程的特点,研究了预检最优控制及其实现。首先基于LQ最优控制理论,运用动态规划原理,推导出预检最优控制算法,并将该算法在一台TP—86A16位单板机上实现,经理论分析和实验研究,提出了改进措施。闭环模拟实验证明,该控制方案不仅对可预检干扰,而且对不可预检干扰、高低频噪声干扰均有很好的抑制能力。
This paper describes an optimal controller with preview actions based on the characteristics of previewable disturbance in production. On the basis of the linear quadratic theory and the principle of dynamic progarmming the algorithm of preview optimal controller is derived and realised on a 16—bit single—board computer TP—86A. TP—86A single—board computer and TP86AD—INT coverter are used as an on—line controller, and XM—I analogue board as a controlled plant. Besides, a generator of various previewable disturbances with flexibility on TP801A single—board computer and TP801AD—082 converter are developed. The improved algorithm is proposed after a series of theoretical and closed—loop system analyses. It has been shown that the designed preview optimal controller has the ability to overcome both previewable and non—previewable disturbances as well as high/low frequency noisy ones.
