摘要
综述了透镜谐振腔的解析。介绍了一种热不敏感谐振腔理论,给出其精确解法和设计方法。分析了腔参数变化的影响,得到一些重要结论。用本方法设计了单模Nd:YAG激光器,实验发现了两个不同(?)值的热稳工作区,获得单模25W的输出功率,并得到与理论相一致的结果。
This paper presents the theoreical analysis of resonators with an internal lens, a theory of resonator with insensibility to thermal effects, and the analytical method and design of these resonators. Some importan results are derived from the analysis of variations of resonator parameters. With this method a monomode Nd: YAG laser was designed. In experiments the authors of this paper found two stability regions with diffent thresholds and obtained 25W monomode output power. The experiment results conform to the throretical prediction.
