益气活血法治疗视网膜静脉阻塞临床研究

A Clinical Study on the Obstruction in Retina Vein Tneated by Reinfoncing Qi andActivating Blood Circulation.

采用益气活血法治疗视网膜静脉阻塞46例.经4周治疗后,结果对数视力平均提高2.37±0.90行,眼底渗出血吸收率87.0%.荧光眼底血管造影渗漏减轻34.8%,肘至中央动脉荧光流经时间11.5±0.93秒,全血低切粘度8.83±1.80,还原粘度8.74±1.17,纤维蛋白元0.372±0.033.总有效率80.4%,以上指标与治疗前及对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<O.05),其疗效明显优于尿激酶治疗.

Abstnact46 cases of ogstruction in netina uein were treated by neinfoncing Qi and actiuating blood circulation for 4 weeks.
