摘要
基于有限元理论计算方法,系统地研究了夹盘作用下弹性圆板结构的动态特性及其频率和振型的分布规律,经过分析得到了一种用来估算圆板结构的固有频率和振型的方法。用该方法对工业上常用的夹紧比为0.5的金属圆板结构的动态特性进行估算的结果表明,估算值与有限元理论计算值吻合甚好。本文的分析方法已成功地用于金属锯切降噪研究中,并取得了满意的效果。
Based on the method of finite element, the dynamic behaviour arid mode distribution of the elastic circular plate structure at a constant clamping rate are studied effectively, Then we have obtained a method of estimating exactly and very conveniently the natural frequencies and the modal shapes. By using it, we can determine successfully the dynamic parameters of the metallio circular plate clamped at 0.5 clamping rate, and have got practical results.
