摘要
利用激光衍射原理探测流化床催化剂粒度和催化剂喷雾成型时浆液雾滴尺寸,建立了一种快速有效的测定固体和液滴粒子大小及分布的方法。在粒子场大量采样测量的基础上,选取了最适宜粒度分布方程,实验结果与一般显微镜法和筛分法比较,激光衍射法操作简便、测试响应速度快、结果可靠、重现性好,适于在线分析。
The laser diffraction principle is used to investigate catalyst particle size in fluidized bed or in the spraying of catalyst slurry. A rapid & effective method for measuring the solid or droplet size & size distributions has been established. On the basis of a large number of sampling in the particulate field, an optimum equation of particle distributions was developed. By comparing the experimental results with the data from the conventional microscopic & screening methods, the following conclusions can be drawn:The laser diffraction method possesses the advantages of simplicity in operation, quick response, better reliability & repeat property as well as its suitability for on-line analysis.
