The Distribution of Hairiness Interval

本文提出了毛羽间距分布的概念,实测了多种纱线的毛羽间距分布图,分析了不同毛羽设定长度上该分布的特点,在一定条件下给出了这种分布的拟合曲线形式。为全面了解毛羽的形态和分布特征,提供了新的实验资料。

In this paper,an idea of the hairiness-interval distribution has been developed.The hairs with lengths between 0.5 and 3.5mm were detec- ted with a laser equipment.And some diagrams of the hairiness-inter- val distribution with the selected hairs lengths were given by a micro- computer.By means of these experimental results,it is possible to give a better description of the yarn hairs。
