摘要
在本文中,作者对铸铁、中碳钢等材料的刷镀特点进行了概括,并对快速镍(TDY102)和镍钨合金(TDY104)镀层的耐磨性进行了试验。文章还论述了镀层的耐磨机理。试验证明,这些耐磨镀层非常适用于纺机零件。
Abstract In this paper,the authors have Summarized the distinguishing fea- tures of brush plating of Cast iron,medium carbon steel etc。and have engaged in wear test for plating layers of TDY 102and TDY104.The mechanism of wear resistance of the layers had been discussed in the paper.The test has proved that the Wear-resisting layers are applied tothe parts of textile machinery.
