摘要
在数控铣床上配以数控分度工作台加工 VC-604-1100-3槽筒圆柱凸轮和传统方法相比不仅生产率大大提高,曲线精度的稳定性也大为提高。本文提出了根据图纸外侧曲线求解内侧曲线上若干离散点的方法,不但验证了图纸给定的内侧曲线列表值,而且光顺了这条曲线。在产实践中收到了较好的效果。
In numerical control machine-tool,manufacturing VC-604-1100-3 Cyllinder cam,are accomplished with less producfive time and with more accuracy then when coventional machining.The method of to ac- hieve inside curve on the basis outside curve,not checked curve but also faired one.The method had achieved beneficial results in practi- ce.
