k（GV）问题的一个结果

A Result on the k(G,V)Problem

本文是文章“关于ｋ（ＧＶ）问题的一点注记”的续篇．在前文我们将ｋ（ＧＶ）的估值转化为表达式Ｍ（ｌ，χ）的估值，后者可利用特征标表计算验证．本文就是利用这个结果对群Ｇ＝ＳＬ（２，ｑ）证明了ｋ（ＧＶ）≤｜Ｖ｜。

This paper is a continuation of the paper 'A Remark on the k(G,V) Problem,' in which the estimation of k(G,V)is reduced to the estimation M(l,X) which can be calculated by the character table.This paper proves k(G,V)≤|V| for the group G=SL(2,q)by using the former result.So the k(G,V)problem has a positive answer in this case.
