摘要
３０例老年男性陈旧性心肌梗塞（ＯＭＩ）患者，给予肌注长效睾酮制剂世代雄２５０。结果发现，用药后３周，患者血浆心钠素（ＡＮＰ）及血清睾酮（Ｔ）水平明显上升（Ｐ均＜０．０１），雌二醇／睾酮（Ｅ＿２／Ｔ）比值下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示，世代雄２５０在改善老年男性ＯＭＩ患者性激素代谢失衡的同时，还具有升高血浆ＡＮＰ水平，弥补ＯＭＩ患者ＡＮＰ相对不足的作用。并对其机理进行了初步探讨。
Thirty elderly men with old myocardial infarction (OMI) were treated with an androgenic preparation, sustanon 250. The result showed that plasma atrial natriuretic polypeptide (ANP) level and serum testosterone level were elevated significantly (both P<0. 001) and estradial/testosterone (E2/T) ratio was reduced (P<0.05 )after 3 weeks of sustanon 250 injections, indicating that sustanon 250 can elevate plasma ANP level and redemy relative ANP inadequacy, as well as improve sex hormone disorder in elderly men with OMI.
