摘要
对棕褐沙林蚁（ｅｍｅｒｖ，ｆｏｒｍｌｃｕｓｉｕａ）的化学成分进行分析。结果：棕褐沙林蚁粉（下称干粉）总脂肪含量为７７％；干粉和１０％干粉水提液（下称水提液）中蛋白质含量分别为５２．８％和１２．１５％；干粉和水提液均含１８种氨基酸，其中含有７种人体必需氨基酸；两者分别含２０种和１８种微量元素。
