刺猬冬眠过程中褐色脂肪和非颤抖性产热研究 被引量:16

摘要 本文对刺猾(Erinaceuseuropaeus)在冬眠过程中褐色脂肪(BAT)的相对重量、超微结构和非颤抖性产热(NST)的变化进行了测定,探讨了BAT产热在冬眠刺渭醒眠过程中的作用。结果表明,夏季(7月份)刺猬的BAT相对重量最低,为0.23%。秋季迅速增加,至入眠前达到最高,为0.46%。冬眠期中缓慢减少,冬眠后显著下降(0.32%),这与醒眠时需要快速产热密切相关。冬眼前和冬眠中刺猬的BAT脂滴和线粒体嵴数量明显高于冬眠后,表明冬眠刺猬BAT具备快速产热能力。在冬眠室温为5℃时的静止代谢率最低,为0.064毫升氧/克/小时,活动期,即在0℃至下临界温度范围内,其静止代谢率与环境温度呈负相关,并具线性回归。冬眠期的NE-NSTmax明显低于活动期,而相对增加耗氧量显著高于活动期,证明NE-NST是冬眠刺猬醒眠时的主要热源。 The variations of nonshivering thermogenesis (NST) and brown adipose tissue( BAT) in weight and ultrastructure were studied in the hedgehogs (Erinaceuseuropaeus) , so as to deal with the function of BAT during arousal from hibernation.The results showed that, the relative weight of BAT in hedgehogs was the lowest( 0. 23%) in summer(Julyl ,and increased rapidly in autumn ,the highest value of relativeweight was observed in the prehibernation (November) ; no variations were observed inthe hibernating hedgehogs, but decreased rapidly during arousal from hibernation(0. 32%). The variation of BAT were related to the heat production during arousal. Thenumbers and sites of fat droplets and mitachondria cristaes of BAT in the prehibernatingand hibernating hedgehogs were higher than that in the posthibernating hedgehogs , andshow the hibernating hedgehogs could be able to produce heat rapidly during arousalfrom hi bernatoin.The results also showed that the thermoneutral zone was the ranges 25℃ to 27℃and the lowest RMR (mlO_2/g/h) was 2. 577±0. 654 in the awaking hedgehogs , over theTa. ranges O℃ to the low artical temperature, a significantly negative correlation and aregression was observed between the Ta. and the RMR; The lowest RMR was 0. 064 atthe Ta. of 5 ℃ in the hibernating hedgehogs, and the Ta. also affected RMR.The NE-NST was expressed in two forms: the maxmium metabolic response toNE (NSTmax), and the absolute increase in oxygen consumption ( (NSTmax-RMR ) /RMR%). NSTmax in the awaking hedgehogs was higher than that in the hiber-nating hedgehogs, and show the body temperature of hibernating hedgehogs inhibitedthe metabolic rate; The absolute increase in oxygen consumption in the awaking hedge-hogs was lower than that in the hibernating hedgehogs , and show the NE-NST was themain heat source during arousal from hibernation.
