数字信号处理技术应用于路轨探伤

Applying Digital Signal Processing Technique to Rail Detection for Flaws

摘要 提出了一种路轨探伤的新方法。它的特点在于(1)以波束脉冲直通方式代替了常规的波束脉冲回波方式;(2)利用雷利波的色散特性计算与它相互作用的裂痕深度;(3)使用信号处理技术,对所传送的雷利波进行FFT和频谱分析,从而直接计算裂痕深度。处理方法简单快速,可提高实时处理的速度和可靠性。最后还介绍了探伤装置的组成结构和处理流程。 new method used to detect defects of .railroad is proposed. The main featuresof a this method are stated as follows: (1)the substitution of a through transmission mode ofpulse beam for the echo mode; (2)by means of dispersive nature of the Rayleigh wave to estimate the depth of the rail crack interacting with it: (3)using the signal processing techniqueto perform FFT, and analyzing the frequency spectrum for the signal of the Rayleigh wave,so as to compute directly the depth of the crack. This processing method is very simple andfast,thus it will be able to speed up the real--time process and increase the reliability of detecting system. Finally, the organization of the detecting circuits and the processing flowchart are also introduced.
