介绍酒精蒸馏微机实时控制系统中实现水、醪液和汽三项平衡的方案,包括系统总框图及软、硬件的设计。采用该方案的微机实时控制系统,提高了蒸馏系统的稳定性和产品质量。
his paper intruduces the method of realizing water,fermented glutinous rice and stream press balance in micro-computer real-time controlling alcohol distillation system,which includes the design of system controlling flow,software and hardware. The real-time controlling system,can increase the stability of alcohol distillation and the quality of alcohol product.
