快速分析松脂澄清脂液中松节油含量的新方法

A New Method of Rapid Analysis of the Turpentine-content in the Clarified Oleoresin of Gum

本文用统计方法研究思茅松松脂澄清脂液中松节油含量与酸值的相关关系，建立了不同于通常所用蒸馏法的新分析方法──酸值法。新方法快速、简捷、准确、经济、缩短分析时间５０分钟（７１％）；重复试验的极差的均值为０．１％，降低分析成本７０％；已用于云南省地方标准。

The correlation between trupentine-content and acid value in the clarified oleoresins of gum from P. Kasiya var. langbianensis was studied in this paper by using statistical methods.And according to it,a new analysis method of computting turpentine-content by acid value was established. It is different from distillation usually used. The new method is rapider,simpler,preciser and more economical than distillation. The analysis time is curtailed by 50 minutes (71 % ). The average value of ranges of repeat experiments is 0. 1 %. The analysis cost is reduced by 70%. The new method was adopted in the local standard of Yunnan Province.
