摘要
本文将可靠性理论用于售后服务信息的统计分析。文中,我们讨论了样本容量n未知的(n,r)定时截尾不完全样本的分析方法,将不完全样本分为了三类,并较好地处理了接近完全样本。通过这样的分析,得到了若干对工厂生产、技术和经营有用的统计指标。
This paper discusses the reliability theory which is applied to the statistical analysis of after sale-service information . In the paper we dicuss the analysis method of the (n,r) incomplete samples ended in fixed time where sample size n is unknown . The incomplete samples are divided into three types and in that case the approaching complete samples are handled better. By this analysis we gained a number of statistical data which are useful for the production ,technology and management of the factory.
