摘要
本文介绍了估计基因频率的最大似然函数方法,采用基因计数法由最大似然函数估计基因频率,编制了计算机程序并给出应用例子。
A gene-counting methed of maximun likelihood is introduced for estimating gene frequencies in ABO-like systems. A computer program is designed for this method. An application exempte is also worked out.
